RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
STORMWATER FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR
IOWA DERMATOLOGY, 1429 BOSTON AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
that the stormwater facilities above-named Subdivision have been found to meet City
specifications for establishment and maintenance in accordance with the Post
Construction Stormwater Management (Chapter 5B).
Section Two. The four-year maintenance security on file is hereby released in full
and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 18th day of November, 2025.
