RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
ANSLEY 3RD ADDITION SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
painted pavement markings required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the
above-named Subdivision has/have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the public
improvements is hereby reduced to $89,403.50 for the remaining work that includes
surface pavement, COSESCO (erosion control), sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, additional
pavement markings, street trees, street lights, and seeding.
ADOPTED THIS 18th day of November, 2025.
