RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
STORMWATER FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR
PIVOT BIO, 2600 SOUTH LOOP DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
that the stormwater facilities above-named Subdivision have been found to meet City
specifications for establishment and maintenance in accordance with the Post
Construction Stormwater Management (Chapter 5B).
Section Two. Year two of the four-year maintenance security on file is hereby
reduced to $6,000 and shall be returned to the subdivider. The remaining work covered
by this financial security includes two years of inspection and maintenance of the
stormwater management practices.
ADOPTED THIS 18th day of November, 2025.
