RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
STORMWATER FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR
WYFFELS HYBRIDS, PHASE 1, 220 S TELLER AVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
that the stormwater facilities above-named Subdivision have been found to meet City
specifications for establishment and maintenance in accordance with the Post
Construction Stormwater Management (Chapter 5B).
Section Two. Year one of the four-year maintenance security on file is hereby
reduced to $18,750 and shall be returned to the subdivider. The remaining work covered
by this financial security includes three years of inspection of the stormwater management
practices.
ADOPTED THIS 18th day of November, 2025.
