RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH CON-STRUCT, INC., OF AMES, IA
FOR 2023/24 ASPHALT STREET PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM #2
(E 7TH ST, N RIVERSIDE DR)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $42,128.41 on contract with Con-Struct,
Inc., of Ames, IA, for the 2023/24 Asphalt Street Pavement Improvements Program #2 (E
7th St, N Riverside Dr) be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 18th day of November, 2025.
