RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH TEI CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC., OF DUNCAN, SC
FOR BOILER MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR POWER PLANT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $200,000 on contract with TEI
Construction Services Inc., of Duncan, SC, for the Boiler Maintenance Services Contract
for the Power Plant be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof
by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 18th day of November, 2025.
