1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of October 13, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to the requirements of the Open Meetings
Law but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Report on “Ames – A Glimpse Inside” Event by Sharon Wirth.
6. Consider Text Amendments to Chapter 31 of the Municipal Code, as Proposed by the
Historic Preservation Commission Sub-Committee.
7. 2026 Work Plan Discussion
