RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 8
ON CONTRACT WITH TALLGRASS LAND STEWARDSHIP CO., OF WAUKEE, IA,
FOR THE 2021/22 STORMWATER DETENTION/RETENTION MAINTENANCE
PROGRAM (NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS POND)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 8 in the amount of $23,843.50 on contract with Tallgrass
Land Stewardship Co., of Waukee, Iowa, for the 2021/22 Stormwater Detention/Retention
Maintenance Program (Northridge Heights Pond) be approved and adopted as attached
hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of October, 2025.
