RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
ON CONTRACT WITH VAN MAANEN ELECTRIC, INC., OF NEWTON, IA,
FOR THE FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER BID PACKAGE, 26-1
ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATIONS, ELECTRIC SAFETY & SECURITY WORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $9,040 on contract with Van Maanen
Electric, Inc., of Newton, IA, for the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center Bid Package, 26-
1 Electrical, Communications, Electric Safety & Security Work be approved and adopted
as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of October, 2025.
