RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
ON CONTRACT WITH WOODRUFF CONSTRUCTION, INC., OF AMES, IA,
FOR THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY NUTRIENT REDUCTION
MODIFICATIONS PHASE 1 PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 6 in the amount of $71,844.57 on contract with Woodruff
Construction, Inc., of Ames, IA, for the Water Pollution Control Facility Nutrient Reduction
Modifications Phase 1 Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a
part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of October, 2025.
