1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of September 8, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to the requirements of the Open Meetings
Law but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Certificate of Appropriateness for 704 Kellogg Avenue.
A. Demolition of the Existing Garage.
B. Modification of Previous Approval for New Detached Garage.
6. Sub-Committee Report on Energy Efficient Windows.
7. Sub-Committee Report on Guidelines for Infill of Windows.
