1. Call to Order: Immediately following Project Share Committee Meeting
2. Approval of January 17, 2024, Minutes
3. Public Forum: This is a time set aside for comments from the public on
topics of the City of Ames Electric Utility business other than those listed on
the agenda. Please understand that the Board will not take any action on
your comments at this meeting due to requirements of the open meeting law.
The Chairperson may limit each speaker to 5 minutes.
4. Electric Operating Budget FY 2024/25
a. Motion to accept the FY 24/25 Electric Operating Budget as presented
and forward to City Council for approval.
5. Presentation of Cost of Service and Rate Design Study
6. Other Items
