RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
ANSLEY SUBDIVISION 3RD ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
subgrade preparation, curb and gutter, base pavement, intermediate pavement, curb and
gutter removal, and seeding required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the
above-named Subdivision has/have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the public
improvements is hereby reduced to $94,203.50 for the remaining work that includes
surface pavement, COSESCO (erosion control), sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, pavement
markings, street trees, street lights, and further seeding.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of September, 2025.
