RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
ANSLEY SUBDIVISION 1ST ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
the majority of Pavement HMA, 2” S required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat
of the above-named Subdivision has/have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the public
improvements is hereby reduced to $114,669.25 for the remaining work that includes 19
SY of Pavement HMA, 2” S, after repairs to the curb and gutter.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of September, 2025.
