RESOLUTION NO. 25-488
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
4914 AND 5002 ONTARIO ROAD
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a
boundary line adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code and acceptance of
dedication of right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 4914 Ontario Street and 5002 Ontario Street, and
the owner is Nancy (Siri) Larson and Richard & Kristen Stone; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is as follows in the attached Plat of Survey;
and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has
been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 4914 Ontario Street and 5002 Ontario Street is hereby
approved and the dedication of right-of-way is hereby accepted.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of September, 2025.
