RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
4004 AND 4008 COCHRANE PARKWAY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the
sidewalk installation required for 4004 and 4008 Cochrane Parkway is hereby accepted
as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the public
improvements is hereby released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of September, 2025.
