RESOLUTION NO. 25-453
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
1568 & 2066 STAGECOACH ROAD
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a
boundary line adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 1568 & 2066 Stagecoach Road, and the owner
is Haila Family Farms, LLC, and the Ames Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of
America; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is as described on the attached Plat of
Survey; and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has
been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 1568 & 2066 Stagecoach Road is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of September, 2025.
