1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of August 11, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to the requirements of the Open Meetings
Law but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Consider the Nomination of the Chautauqua Park and Ridgewood Historic District to the
National Register of Historic Places.
6. Discuss Proposed Text Changes to Chapter 31, Historic Preservation, of the Municipal
Code.
