RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH INVISION ARCHITECTURE, LLC
FOR ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITY PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $557,000 on contract with INVISION
Architecture, LLC of Des Moines, Iowa, for the Animal Shelter Facility Project be approved
and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of September, 2025.
