RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH HDR ENGINEERING, INC.
FOR DESIGN OF THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCYLING CAMPUS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $965,715 on contract with HDR
Engineering, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling
Campus be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of September, 2025.
