Box 811, Ames, IA 50010 RESOLUTION NO. 25-438 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR 22171 AND 22085 580TH AVENUE FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, the site is located at 22171 and 22085 580th Avenue, and the owner is Michael & Diane Holub of Holub Garden & Greenhouses, Inc.; and, WHEREAS, the real estate description is Parcels D & E in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter and all that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, lying North of the railroad right of way, all in Section 5, Township 83 North, Range 23 West of the 5th P.M., Story County, Iowa , as shown on the Plat of Survey filed as Inst. No. 2022-07090; and, WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 22171 and 22085 580th Avenue is hereby approved.
