RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH CON-STRUCT, INC., OF AMES, IA,
FOR 2020/21 ARTERIAL PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS E 13TH ST
(DUFF AVE TO MEADOWLANE AVE)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1, the balancing change order, a deduction in the amount
of $55,427.87 on contract with Con-Struct, Inc., of Ames, IA, for the 2020/21 Arterial
Pavement Improvements E 13th St (Duff Ave to Meadowlane Ave) be approved and
adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 12th day of August, 2025.
