1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of July 14, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to the requirements of the Open Meetings
Law but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to Construct a Detached Garage at 704
Kellogg Avenue in the Old Town Historic District.
6. Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to Demolish a Detached Garage at 317 9th
Street in the Old Town Historic District.
