1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of June 9, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to the requirements of the Open Meetings
Law but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Consider a Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Alterations to Remove
Window Openings and Replace with Siding Materials on the Principal Structure at 702
Clark Avenue in the Old Town Historic District.
6. Request for Historic Preservation Commission Support of an Application for a Sign
Permit for the “Ames: A Glimpse Inside” Event on Main Street.
