RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
ON CONTRACT WITH KELLER EXCAVATING OF BOONE, IA
FOR PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIAL CENTER UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 5, a deduction in the amount of $147,984.88, on contract
with Keller Excavating of Boone, IA, for the Prairie View Industrial Center Utility Extension
Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 8th day of July, 2025.
