Box 811, Ames, IA 50010 RESOLUTION NO. 25-328 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR 3875 & 3877 US HIGHWAY 69 FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, the site is located at 3875 & 3877 US Highway 69, and the owner is Kyle W. & Alyssa C. Easement Description - 20’ Access: A strip of land 20.00 feet in width across part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., Story County, Iowa, being situated 10.00 feet on each side of the following centerline: Beginning at a point on the south line of a tract in said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, as shown on the Plat of Survey filed in Book 2, Page 96, which is 133.36 feet West of the Southeast Corner thereof; thence S01°51'16”W, 371.81 feet to a point on the north line of an existing 50 foot-wide access easement, recorded at Instrument No. 2019 -10090, and there terminating; and, WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 3875 & 3877 US Highway 69 is hereby approved.
