RESOLUTION APPROVING VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG GEORGE W. CARVER AVENUE
AND EXTENDING TO THE EAST SIDE OF HYDE AVENUE
TO THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, pursuant to
Section 368.7, Code of Iowa, that the voluntary annexation of land to the City of Ames
described as follows and shown on the attached map is hereby approved: territory
generally located along George W. Carver Avenue and extending to the east side of Hyde
Avenue,
more particularly described as:
Borgmeyer, Robert J Trust 1/2 & Borgmeyer, Margaret A Trust ½; 574 Investments
LLC and Hunziker Development Group LLC contract holders, 5500 George W

the right of way of the Chicago & Northwestern Railway Company; subject to
