CARVER AVENUE AND EXTENDING TO THE EAST SIDE OF HYDE AVENUE TO THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, pursuant to Section 368.7, Code of Iowa, that the voluntary annexation of land to the City of Ames described as follows and shown on the attached map is hereby approved: territory generally located along George W. Carver Avenue and extending to the east side of Hyde Avenue, more particularly described as: Borgmeyer, Robert J Trust 1/2 & Borgmeyer, Margaret A Trust ½; 574 Investments LLC and Hunziker Development Group LLC contract holders, 5500 George W Carver Ave SW1/4 of Section 21, Township 84 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., except the right of way of the Chicago & Northwestern Railway Company; subject to easement and restrictions of record; EXCEPT Parcel "G" a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eighty-four (84) North, Range Twenty-four (24) West of the 5th p.m., Story County, Iowa, As shown on Plat of Survey recorded on December 18, 2003, as Inst.
