1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of May 12, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to requirements of the Open Meetings Law
but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Consideration of Changes to the Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations in Chapter 13
(Rental Housing), Chapter 29 (Zoning), and Chapter 31 (Historic Preservation Districts).
