RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH SVPA ARCHITECTS, INC., OF WEST DES MOINES, IOWA
FOR THE PARK MAINTENANCE COMPLEX EXPANSION PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $18,330 on contract with SVPA Architects, Inc., of West
Des Moines, Iowa, for the Park Maintenance Complex Expansion Project be approved and adopted
as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of May, 2025.
