1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of April 14, 2025.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to requirements of the Open Meetings Law
but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Discuss participation in and support of “Ames: A Glimpse Inside.”
6. Annual Review of Historic Preservation Commission Bylaws
7. Commission Comments
• Report on the Meeting with the City Attorney and Planning & Housing Director.
8. Staff Comments
9. Adjournment
