1. Approval of Minutes of the meeting of September 8, 2021
2. A request for a Variance to allow use of the existing 61-unit building (approved as
an Independent Senior Living Facility) at 3709 Tripp Street as an Apartment
Dwelling in the “FS-RM” (Suburban Residential Medium Density) zone, and to
allow less than the minimum number of required off-street parking spaces for an
Apartment Dwelling continued from August 11, 2021.
