1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the December 9, 2024 Minutes.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to the
Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The Chairperson
may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the Commission is not
likely to act on comments at this meeting due to requirements of the Open Meetings Law
but may do so at a future meeting.
5. CLG Annual Report Review
6. 2025 Historic Preservation Awards Program
7. Commission Comments
• Discussion of the Historic Preservation Commission’s Letter Sent to the Mayor
and City Council Regarding a Zoning Text Amendment.
