4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics that would be of
concern to the Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda.
The Chairperson may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that
the Commission is not likely to take any action on your comments at this meeting
due to requirements of the Open Meetings Law, but may do so at a future meeting.
