RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
STORMWATER FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR
ELDER CORPORATION, U-HAUL, 720 S. DUFF AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department, that the
stormwater facilities above-named Subdivision have been found to meet City specifications for
establishment and maintenance in accordance with the Post Construction Stormwater Management
(Chapter 5B).
Section Two. The four-year maintenance security on file is hereby released in full and
shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 25th day of February, 2025.
