Members present were Deanne Brill, Steven Kawaler, Tom Lockhart, Natalie Robinson, and Troy Rutter. Staff member Brian Phillips was also present. Public Forum There was no one present for Public Forum Approval of the June 1, 2020 Minutes Troy moved and Natalie seconded to approve the minutes of the June 1, 2020 Meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of 2019/20 Annual Grant Final Reports It was moved by Deanne, seconded by Troy to approve the 2019/20 Annual Grant Final Reports. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of 2020 Spring Special Project Grant Final Reports It was moved by Steve, seconded by Natalie to approve the Spring Special Project Grant Final Reports. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of 2021/22 Annual Grant Application and Report Forms Brian reviewed the changes to the forms. Tom indicated he liked the changes. It was moved by Natalie, seconded by Deanne to approve the 2021/22 Annual Grant Application and Report Forms. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of Spring 2021 Spring Special Project Grant Application and Report Forms Brian reviewed the forms. It was moved by Steve, seconded by Troy to approve the 2021 Spring Special Project Grant Application and Report Forms. Motion carried unanimously. Upcoming Important Dates Tom reviewed the upcoming important dates. Adjournment Tom moved the meeting be adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
