Members present were Dave Detlefs, Nancy Gebhart, and Jaime Reyes. Steve Kawaler was absent. Selection of COTA Chair for April 2022 – March 2023 The Commissioners introduced themselves. Deanne moved and Jaime seconded to nominate Nancy to be the chair. Motion carried unanimously. Public Forum There was no one present for Public Forum. Approval of the February 7, 2022 Minutes Jaime moved and Dave seconded to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2022 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Fall 2022 Special Project Grant Workshop Brian reviewed the Fall 2022 Special Project Grant process. Upcoming Important Dates Nancy reviewed the upcoming important dates. Adjournment There being no further business before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
