Subject: Re: Fall Special Grants
Brian,
Regarding our Fall 2020 Special Grant that we received for $725 to host 67 Cinderellas/Frozen Jr, we have decided to postpone the show dates to Fall 2021 due to logistical constraints
on the auditorium's attendance. We are continuing with a show (Young Sherlock) at the Auditorium in June. Our grant was originally requested to help with the Auditorium fees.
My questions are:
Can we use the $725 Fall Special Grant money for the replacement show (Young Sherlock) since it's occuring at the City Auditorium?
Or, does the grant need to move with Frozen?
If it needs to move with Frozen, can we have an extension on the contract to November 2021? It is due to expire in July.
Thanks for your help.

Subject: Music on the Move
[External Email]
Brian,
We're working on pulling together our "Music on the Move," program, which received a COTA special project grant. When we did the budget, we didn't realize how much the motorized stage
was going to cost, and instead of the $1-3,000 we were thinking, it's closer to $6,500. Our attempts to have it built by volunteers also didn't pan out. So, I'm wondering, may we use
our 'regular' COTA money to make this purchase?
We're seeking other funding as well, but we won't know the status of that in time to make decisions.
Thanks for your insight,
Jen
