RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR SYSTEMS COMMISSIONING SERVICES
FOR THE FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER PROJECT
FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, bids and proposals were received on the 9th day of August 2024, for the
Systems Commissioning Services for the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center Project for the Parks
and Recreation Department, City of Ames, Iowa. Said bids have now been carefully analyzed.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as
follows:
Section 1: Award of contract is made as follows:
SystemsWorks, LLC, West Des Moines, Iowa, for Systems Commissioning
Services for the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center Project in the amount not-to-
exceed $49,480.
Section 2: The City Manager and City Clerk are authorized to execute said contract for
and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and to affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
Section 3: All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 8th day of October, 2024.
