RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
QUARRY ESTATES 4TH ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,that Turf
Reinforcement Mats, Type 4 required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-
named Subdivision has/have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
reduced to $21,850.00 for the remaining work that includes street trees,native seeding, and native
seeding (swales).
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of August, 2024.
