RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR MENARDS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the 4 Year
Stormwater Management Maintenance requirements as per the Post Construction Stormwater
Management (Chapter 5B) required for Menards, 700 SE 16th Street, Ames, are hereby accepted
as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The financial security given to secure performance of the maintenance
requirements is hereby released and shall be returned to the property owner.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of May, 2024.
