RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR COURTYARD (G&G HOSPITALITY)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the 4 Year
Stormwater Management Maintenance requirements as per the Post Construction Stormwater
Management (Chapter 5B) required for Courtyard (G&G Hospitality), 311 S. 17th Street, Ames,
are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the maintenance requirements is
hereby released and shall be returned to the property owner.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of May, 2024.
