RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. I
ON CONTRACT WITH WALDINGER CORPORATION, OF DES MOINES,IOWA,
FOR POWER PLANT MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $440,000 (inclusive of sales tax) on contract with
Waldinger Corporation, of Des Moines, Iowa, for the Power Plant Maintenance Services Contract
be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of May, 2024.
