RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH FLOWSERVE CORPORATION
FOR UNIT 7 BOILER FEEDWATER PUMP NO. 2
INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of$60,000 on contract Flowserve Corporation of Chicago,
Illinois, for Unit 7 Boiler Feedwater Pump No. 2 Inspection and Repair Project be approved and
adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 26th day of March, 2024.
