WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary
line adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 220 &420 south Teller Avenue and 5810 & 5898 East
Lincoln Way, and the owner is Wyffels Hybrids; and,

sidewalk installation until a future date based upon which condition occurs first.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 220 &420 South Teller Avenue and 5810 & 5898 East Lincoln
Way is hereby approved.
