Applicant: Chamness Technology, Inc. Property: 220 & 400 Freel Drive Applicant Request: A one-year extension of the Special Use Permit granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on April 27, 2022 (Case No. 22-04). The Special Use Permit is for a temporary yard waste processing facility at 220 and 400 Freel Drive. The Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing, at the January 11, 2023 meeting, to consider the applicant's request for a one-year extension of the Special Use Permit. You are welcome to attend the meeting to present your views on this matter. If you are unable to attend, a representative may attend on your behalf. You may submit a written statement concerning the request to the Planning and Housing Department prior to the meeting date.
