The item listed below appears on the January 11, 2023, agenda of the Zoning Board
of Adjustment and could be of interest to you as the owner of property located within
two hundred feet of 220 Freel Drive or 400 Freel Drive.
Applicant: Chamness Technology, Inc.
Property: 220 & 400 Freel Drive
Applicant Request: A one-year extension of the Special Use Permit
granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on April 27, 2022 (Case
No. 22-04). The Special Use Permit is for a temporary yard waste
processing facility at 220 and 400 Freel Drive.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing, at the January 11,
2023 meeting, to consider the applicant's request for a one-year extension of the
Special Use Permit. You are welcome to attend the meeting to present your views
on this matter. If you are unable to attend, a representative may attend on your behalf.
You may submit a written statement concerning the request to the Planning and
Housing Department prior to the meeting date.
