These are authorized for the following situations: (i reduction of required residential side yard setbacks for principal structures by no more than two feet; (11) reduction of required residential front and rear yard setbacks for principal structures by no more than five fiaet; (N) reduction of minimum W area requirements by no more then 10016; (1y) reduction of required residential front rear and side yard setbacks without limit as required to provide handicapped access ramps tot dwelling; (v) reduction of front, rear, and side yard sed5achs without limit to allow reconstruction of a historically accurate stracture, (Note- The applicant's explanation of how the mquest meets each ttandard may be attached on a separate shoot if sufflcient space is rot provided 1.
