Muff" Wr HEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Applicant is GRANTED, pursuant to Section 29,1503 of the Anics, M1.1111CII)al Code, as Special Use Permit for (Juest Lodging to allow a Vacation Lodging use in the S-SMD Zoning District at 326 S. Walnut with the following I . Four off-street paved parking spaces required. 2. Nlaxiniuni of Jour guest bedrooms allowed. 3, Maximum of five adult guests allowed. 4. One year of disuse will render this Special Usc Pei -nut expired and void. 5.
