The plans shall be reproducible, black line drawings each on paper no larger than 11" x 17" (unless alternative format is authorized by staff) and shall include, at a minimum, the following information: ❑ Dimensioned property lines ❑ Abutting streets and alleys ❑ Location and size of all existing buildings and structures (Include distances to all property lines and distances between buildings and structures.) ❑ Required setbacks ❑ Location and dimensions of parking areas (including available garage parking), individual parking spaces and drive aisles, driveways, curb cuts, and other parking and drive improvements with surfacing material identified (Differentiate between existing and proposed.) ❑ Building floor plans indicating existing and proposed usage, interior floor area and/or patron floor area, including bedrooms with dimensions. ❑ Other pertinent information necessary to fully understand the proposed operations of the Guest Lodging use and how potential impact to adjacent properties is minimized (e.g. location or landscaping). 11 Effective Date: December 1. 2019 Special Use Permit Permission to Place a "Zoning Action Pending YY Sign on Private Property This form must be filled out completely before your application will be accepted. Section 29.1500(2)(d)(iii) of the Zoning Ordinance, requires that notice shall be posted by the City on the subject property. One notice sign shall be posted for each property. Pick up trash put forgotten personal property in lost and found, empty all 7 trash cans. Gather up all towels, be sure to check in closets, under the beds, behind the doors. Pull all sheets, shower curtain, bath mats and bundle, take to Laundromat & get them washing. Kitchen: Fridge, throw any food, wipe interior of fridge, and keep any canned beverages in box in store room. _Check range and microwave inside and out. Clean as needed. Put bottled water in fridge for guests. Only need 6-8 bottles, more in storage closet if needed. Check coffee/filter, paper towel and soap supply. Extra supplies are in store room. Check coffee pot for grounds, wipe down pot and push against the wall. Wipe down sink & counters; put dirty dishes in dishwasher. Start dishwasher when half full or more. Look in cabinets and under sink to make sure nothing weird has been put in. Bathrooms Take down shower curtain in upper level bath, replace with clean one. _ Wipe down tub and shower, wipe handles in shower, (I use clean shower). — Clean mirrors, vanity top sink and faucet handles Clean toilets, lift seat and clean bowl inside and out and around the bottom. Check towel supply (min. of 6 in each bathroom), put fresh hand towel up. Check hand soap level. Replace toilet paper roll if less than % roll, have a spare TP roll on the tank.
