Planner Salilstrom presented the staff report and findings and noted that the Applicants' request
WOUld allow up to three adults to use the property for guest stays of` up to 31 (lays without the
properly, owner being present. Section 13.503 of the Municipal Code pi-(,.)vidcs that no more than
three achlit occupants may, be perrilitted to OCCLIpy a two -bedroom dwellilIg unit. TWO parkin

Staffconcluded that the proposed use could operate in a inanner compatible "lith, the surrounding
uses and not create as nuisance. Furthermore, the Staff 1�eport found that the proposed Vacation
Lodging use met the requirements and standards to grant a SUP arid recoannended appro\�al.

occurs subsequent to the approval of a SUP, will not apply provided that the applicathni 1`61-

was received prior to the hearing and none was presented.
PECIISION
The Board considered the facts as detailed above and provioled in the staft"report, and found that
all of the relevant standards in Scaimi 29.1503 were met and established by the Applicant,

WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Applicant is GR,NNTF'D, pursuant tea Section
