History: This message has been replied to.
Hi Julie,
I just re-read the responses I gave you and realized I didn't specify the responses to our particular
situation, which I intended to do. Here are the adjusted (and hopefully more meaningful) responses:
--Not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services: The
short term rental of 2 rooms in our residence will not be creating ANY additional requirements at public
cost for public facilities and services. We are not making any structural changes to our property.
--Not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment or conditions or operation that will be
detrimental to any person, property or general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic,
noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odor: The short term rental of 2 rooms in our personal residence will
not be involving uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment or conditions or operation that will be
detrimental to any person, property or general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic,
noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odor. The use of our home will only involve providing lodging for a
maximum of 4 guests at any given time. The "family living"style of our hosting would give rise to none
of the concerns in this ordinance.
--Not generate truck trips by trucks over 26,000 g.v.w. (gross vehicle weight) to and from the site
except for food delivery vehicles, waste collection vehicles and moving vans: We use Arends
sanitation to empty our household sized rolling green garbage bin once a week. This is standard for
any normal household, though. Otherwise, no other heavy vehicles are expected to service us in
relation to hosting 2 short term rental rooms in our home.
Thank you for adjusting this for us once again!
Sincerely,
Jeff and Penny Hart

Thank you this will allow us to have a complete application. I will let you know when a ZBA meeting date has
been set. January 8th is the next meeting, but have not verified this application can be on that agenda yet.

three unanswered questions are below:
